3. Module picture display

Module features:

4. Box picture display

Box features: 

·960*960mm standard iron box, suitable for all 192*192mm modules.

·Unified installation hole position, unified waterproof rubber ring, unified screw specification, unified power cord and interface, unified box specification, unified packaging size, and unified steel structure design.

· IP65 waterproof rating.

5. Packaging method

The packaging is made of high-quality cartons, each carton size is 460*430*460mm, each box of packaging is 60 pieces, and each box weighs 21.65KG. The module is equipped with corner guard sleeves and overheated shrink film packaging, which contains pearl cotton corner guards, effectively avoiding product damage caused by collision during transportation and transportation.

6. Module installation hole position

Note: The unit of all dimensions is mm; the shape tolerance is ±0.2 and the aperture tolerance is ±0.1.

7. Installation method (simple diagram of the display installation structure)

Note: The above are six commonly used installation methods in the installation of display screens. For indoor display screens, four installation methods are generally adopted: A\B\C\D, and the above methods can be used for outdoor display screens.

8. Checking matters before installation of display screen structure

1. Is the underlying structure solid?

2. Whether the width and height of the structure are accurate, it is generally 20mm-50mm larger than the display screen size;

3. The distance between the square cylinder and the square cylinder must be strictly consistent from the bottom layer to the top layer, otherwise there will be gaps during installation. In severe cases, it will be difficult to install or not to install, resulting in rework;

4. Check whether the channel position in the structure is appropriate and whether it will block the rear cover door of the box. Otherwise, after the screen is installed, the rear cover door of the box cannot be opened;

5. Will the wiring holes on both sides of the screen be blocked?
